Glarin is a brand of construction company that invest, design, built and operate buildings in Mashhad, Iran.
Glarin Homes starts designing and constructing residential apartments from last year (2022). Glarin 1 address is No.9, Hashemiyeh 72th,st. Mashhad. It’s a modern 6 floor residential apartment with a roof gardening and good view to Khorshid mountains.
this brand is owned by M.Eng Hamed Shirkoobi & M.Eng Hamid Tabie.
Hamed Shirkoobi is graduated of master engineering from Hakim Sabzevari University of Iran, and He has lots of experiens in construction.
“Mashhad is the 2nd largest city of Iran witch it has over 25million visitors per year.
I have 10 years of experience in construction of 2 of the largest commercial projects in Mashhad with total area of 200,000 square meters. And cooperation in the design and construction of several other residential and commercial buildings (as project manager, Designer, contractor and Consultant).
That malls are now finished: Atlas Mall project with 120,000 square meters of total area (built from 2013-2017) And Park Bazaar project with 70,000 square meters of total area (built from 2017-2021)” He said.
Today he has his owned brand “GLARIN HOMES” with his partner Hamid Tabie.
Hamid tabie is graduated of master engineering from Sadjad Industrial University of Mashhad, Iran. and He has lots of experiens in construction and contacting projects.
